How do I get to the parking lot?

Our parking lot is very easy to find and get to. A map with directions can be printed from the map on the reservations page.

What should I bring with me to the lot?

Please bring your printed receipt from the web-site reservation and hand to the attendant upon arrival.

What happens when I get to the lot?

Our staff will assist your party with their luggage and assist you onto the shuttle.

When parking your car, does Park4Cruise require you to leave your keys?

No, you keep your keys with you at all times.

Does the shuttle driver assist with luggage?

Our shuttle drivers will assist with loading and unloading of all luggage.

Do you have car seats and boosters on your shuttles?

Yes, upon request we can accommodate any baby or youngster requiring a car seat or booster seat.

How will I know where to be picked up after my trip?

On your receipt is information regarding the designated pick-up location and the shuttle driver phone number. There is also a phone number to call in case you have questions or special requests.

Walking distance to terminal?

We are close enough to the cruise ships that some of our customers prefer to walk.

Is the parking lot secure?

Yes, our lots are lighted, fenced, and overnight security.

Can I make a reservation on the day of our trip?

Yes, we take reservations up until the cruise or flight departure.

What if I have to cancel my reservation?

A reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours from your departure time. A one day charge will be assesed along with the processing fee.
